Instinct Safaris provides world-class, fair-chase hunts for top-tier trophies, focusing on turning dreams into reality and crafting enduring, unforgettable memories for hunters and their families.
A deposit of 50% of the total package is required to confirm a booking or a $1500 deposit per hunter and $1000 per non-hunter.
There will be no refunds on cancellations. Dates booked as per contract must be paid for in full. Please ensure you take out cancellation insurance.
The balance of the daily rate is payable on arrival.
The balance of the safari is payable on the last day of the safari.
Animals shot, wounded or lost are paid at the end of the safari / hunt.
All payments are payable in cash or certified bank transfers.
No personal or bank certified checks will be accepted as payment method.
Prior to the start of safari clients are required to complete and sign a safari contract and general information sheet.
All clients, hunters and observers are required to read and sign our indemnity form on arrival.
Instinct Safaris reserves the right to change prices if such changes are due to reasons beyond our control.
Any day (or part thereof) spent travelling to and from hunting areas will be considered a full tariff payable hunting day for hunters and observers.
Any clients wishing to fly between areas during a safari is responsible for the airfare. This includes his/her own as well as 1 PH’s and 1 skinner’s airfare.
Instinct Safaris (or any person or company in association with Instinct Safaris) accepts no responsibility towards any illness, accident, claim or loss of whatsoever nature arising during the safari.
Clients are advised to take out their own medical insurance and cancellation cover.
